Installation of screw piles

Mavtech has 2 excavator mounted rigs for screw pile installation. Both are fitted with diggaline and torqueatron monitoring systems for the ultimate in screw piling accuracy.

Piles are torqued to spec and put in plumb every time. There are no mistakes with this system as oil pressure is correlated to the torque on the viewing screen as well as the torque is being measured by the torqueatron system. Callibration of this system is done every 3 months for accuracy.

Our 12 tonne machine is suited to install piles with up to a 20 tonne bearing capacity. This machine has enough downward force and torque to install the piles perfectly every time. If a bigger load bearing pile is required for your job we use our 35 tonne machine.  It uses a Digga SD 100 drive unit and torqueatron monitoring system for installation.
