Driven Casing

Mavtech has 4 machines available from 14 to 85 tonne. All units can be crane suspended if required.

All machines have a safety chain system for ultimate in safe installation of piles.

14 Tonne machine

• Installation of casings up to 6 meters long 600mm diameter can be driven using Mavtechs  Excavator mounted piling rig.
• This machine is great for tight areas where access is a problem. It is equipped with double clamps for excellent power transmission from the vibrator to the casing.
• It is also equipped for all the drilling requirements of the casing.

35 Tonne machine

• Installation of casings up to 8 meters in length 600mm in diameter equipped with ABI Hammer
• Equipped with double clamps and laser alignment system.
• Also equipped with all the drilling gear to drill out the pile

45 Tonne machine

• Installation of casings up to 12 meters in length 1200mm in diameter equipped with ABI Hammer
• Equipped with double clamps and all the drilling equipment to drill out casing
• This unit is the most powerful excavator mounted double clamp unit in the country equipped with laser alignment system.

75 Tonne Mobilram 18/22 HD

• Installation of casings up to 20 meters in length 1200mm in diameter
• Equipped with double clamps and enough power to frighten the pile into the ground
• This unit is the ultimate pile driver for this purpose.
